One Door Closes, Another Door Opens
You just gotta knock first.
Life is unfair in the most fair way possible.
I have no idea how often I’ve said that.
Not that I’m such a genius in life as I still find myself needing to get my shit together from time to time, but failure has been a big part of my life at this point and it definitely has shaped my view towards it.
I used to give up so easily whenever I failed at something, which made it hard for me to stick long enough to fall in love with it.
But there were moments where even if I’ve failed a bunch of times, I’d still have to stick with it whether I like it or not because I just need it so badly or I can’t imagine my life without it.
Some examples would be: getting a job; doing something that you love or feel passionate about; or even being in a relationship.
One thing I’ve learned for sure is that it is incredible how much you can accomplish once you actually stick yourself with something and spend some time getting better at it.
You can actually achieve something and say to yourself:
“Wow, I can’t believe I did that”.
Of course, it wouldn’t be easy. We should pass the point of only wanting things to be easy at this…
